By implementing a proactive maintenance regiment for your specific equipment, parts are easily repaired or replaced before major problems can occur. We offer flexibility on our service agreements to fit your standards and expections.

In order for the customer to save money, we use OEM and universal replacement parts. We have an extensive parts warehouse which eliminates excess replacement down-time. On occasion, we have fabricated obsolete parts in our workshop to restore service to older elevators. Our low overhead allows us to pass the savings onto you.

We pride ourselves on our communication and availabilty. A single point of contact eliminates the "run-around" when you have a question about any aspect of your service. Our 24-hour dispatching service keeps you in contact with our service personnel whenever you need them.
